Lorac Pro Palette Comparison

It’s swoon central here at Dinosaur Dances and for good reason too, I have both LORAC Pro Palettes in my possession!

With family over in the US, my dad is regularly jetting off, and not without a shopping list in hand of course! And after about a year of hunting down the first LORAC Pro Palette, he managed to bring one home. And last week he managed to track down the brand new LORAC Pro Palette 2!
Commence major excitement and happy dancing from myself!

So I thought it was about time that these coveted palettes made it onto the blog.
All of the eyeshadows are buttery soft (hence why my first palette is very grubby, apologies) and the pigmentation is amazing. Both palettes have a top row of matte shades and a bottom row of shimmery shades, nice and organised, just how I like it!

If I were only allowed one eyeshadow palette for the rest of my life, it would hands down be the first Pro Palette. Purely because I think the shade range is spot on, 16 colours to create any look you could ever need! But of course I need the Pro Palette 2 as well…

The second palette is much cooler toned, with some lovely greys and silvers. And some unique shades such as Navy and Jade thrown in for good measure!

With sleek, slim packaging and a good sized mirror, these palettes have everything you need! Can you tell that I’m obsessed yet?
So if you’re ever in the states, I highly recommend camping out at the nearest Ulta to wait for the LORAC delivery!
