Now unlike the Banana Bread, I’m pretty sure that this beauty food is a healthy one. So on a sunny british day, a rarity I know, a smoothie is called for.
So with the blender at the ready I just threw in some fruit.
1 kiwi, 1 nectarine and a handful of strawberries, then in went some ice and a glug of apple juice. Blitzed up, in a glass, ready to drink.
I think you know by now that I’m all for easy recipes and this certainly fits the bill.
